Alliance for Integrated Development and Relief Organization (AIDRO)

Alliance for Integrated Development and Relief Organization (AIDRO) is NonGovernment and non-profit making Organization established by Volunteer Ethiopians in 2019 and obtained operational license from F.D.R.E Civil Society Authority with registration number 4930, in 2020. With the purpose of self-support to enhance sustainable development and envisioned providing comprehensive supports to the Ethiopians by mobilizing and recruiting of volunteers and professionals in line with the existing social, economic and other development gaps. In line with four humanitarian principles (Humanity, Impartiality, Independence and Neutrality), AIDRO is committed to serve all people without any partiality with regard to their language, ethnicity, gender and social status with primary focus on the disadvantaged segment of the population.

VISION

To see the country without sufferings due to lack of development and disaster impacts. A country in which all the community (children, Women, Disabled persons and other vulnerable communities) have sufficient protection, food, water, and access to the resources that sustain a healthy life.

GOAL

Goal 1.Provision of emergency humanitarian service delivery, saving lives and mitigating human suffering, based on comprehensive engagement in relief, recovery, rehabilitation and resilience.

Goal 2: Supporting communities to build resilience by creating sustainable economic opportunities and better environment.

Goal 3: promoting gender equality by intervening to prevention, mitigation and responding to gender inequality, better sexual and reproductive health right and empower people with a disability and other special need.

To contribute for the action of preventing and alleviating human suffering, saving lives of the most vulnerable, supporting livelihoods, and promoting human dignity.
