The organization has managing boards of directors with the responsibility of overall guidance and supervision of the functioning of the organization. The board directors set in place policies, procedures, values and long-term planning to help the organization meets its mission. The Executive director, accountable to the board of directors, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization and coordinates and leads the various operational and support giving departments and services
Codes and Policies
AIDRO has guided by policies and manuals, codes of conducts and our codes and policies shape our work and ensure we stay true to our values. Few of our policies, manuals and code of conducts includes, Financial policies and manuals, Human resource policies and administrative procedures manual, Sexual exploitation and Abuse policy and code of conduct, Communication & IT Policy, Policy against Harassment, Anti-Bribery Policy, Fraud Policy, Policy on Conflict of Interest, Safety and Security Policy, Policy on Confidentiality.
